A dish that contain lots of nutrients and it’s not processed. Water, carbohydrates, fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals are the key nutrients of a healthy dish. In simple words, the food is cooked at our home by our mother is a healthy dish. Dish which is made by farm items is a healthy food that beneficial for human being, communities, animals, and environment.

1. Use farm food more.
Means food items those direct from farms to your home without and processing. Like fruits, veggies, salad, leafy items, etc. these also called plant-based food which is very essential for our body. Farm food will make all dishes healthy.
Do you know, farm food (fruits & veggies) take only 3 hours to digest inside the human body but processed food takes 18 hours to digest and the body has to do more hard work to digest processed food. But if you’re fond of processed food then do one thing, mix farm food and processed food so it will be healthy and tasty. Farm food will help to digest the processed food so your body will not have to do more hard work to digest. Make all dishes healthy will make you healthy and wealthy.
2. Use only soaked grains:
If you want to make any dish from any grains then soak the grains for 2 hours minimum and 6 to 8 hours maximum. By this process your grain will convert into live food and you get the nutrient from the dish. In this way you will make all dishes healthy.
3. Use green spices instead of dried spices:
Like use green chili, green mint, ginger, turmeric root, green coriander, etc. dried spices contain taste but they are harmful, else green spices contain taste, as well as these, are best for health and you will make all dishes healthy by using green spices.
If your kids do not eat some veggies then grate the veggies with their favorite dish, thus it will not give any taste after grating. Even you can mix veggies with any dough and feed to your child. Like I used to mix bottle gourd, pumpkin, etc. after grating these veggies with the dough of chapattis, my children eat with interest because these chapattis look interesting and tasty.

Overcooking can damage the nutrients of these food items.

Liquid food is healthier than dried food. Liquid food is kept on oiling to our inner body parts and we can see the result on our skin or outer part of the body.

By this the food will not lose its nutrients; else in a high flame the food will lose its all nutrients. Just remember it that we must cook the food not boil. You know very well we boil the water in very high flame as we have to kill the germs but to cook food items in the high flame will kill healthy food.

And use the wholesome (whole food without processing) food items only. Wholesome food is healthy and best for the body. By the wholesome food your dishes will healthier.
8. Use types of veggies and make mix-veg dishes:
As it will be liked by all and the nutritive value will more than the dish of one vegetable only. Always use mix-veg, mix-fruit juice, etc. to get more nutrients. Varieties always make the dishes healthy.
9. Use different types of seeds after the soak:
To add for your salad, deserts, and fruit chats. Eat seeds of fruits and veggies too. Seeds will make all dishes healthy.
