Parents try to send their children to the government sector but children want to join the private sector. 1. Definition of both sectors

Government Sector: first of all the meaning of government is a group of people elected by the citizen those work for the development of the country and for the citizens or we can say that the group of people who officially control a country.

After getting freedom of British rule government started development in every field but they have limited leaders or officials so they decided to let to work some individuals work in some fields which they can handle by the permission of the government and by following the rule and regulations of government and also they will pay the taxes according to their income to the government. Private sector:  The private sector is the part of the economy that is run by individuals and companies for profit and is not state-controlled. In the private sector the profit and loss if only related to that individual who started the company or owner.

3. Development in both sectors

According to the survey, the private sector is developing day by day with new technology. And slowly the government handling their department to the private sector for the work as we know about the contact-based works. 

Now we are seeing that every government sector started the contact-based worker in this the all employee work under the contractor with the rules and regulation thus they work for the government but they are not the employee of the government and they are not getting any facilities of government sector while in another hand if anyone works with the private sector so company provide facilities according to your hard work and skills. In the private sector, the company hires fewer employees and they give many types of different work to only one person in this way they save their salary package and facilities too. 

But due to this procedure in the private sector, we learn many types of work and if the company shut immediately then we have many options of the field in which we are trained by them. To use our learning we can easily start our work because in the private sector we learn hard work as well as different work. So if we see the development of our lives for future we should join the private sector in another hand we become lazy and undeveloped in the government sector and after our retirement, we are not able to do work anywhere.

4. Which one is best for all?

I have already given the many differences above for the sectors but now I am giving you my experience in both sectors because I had worked with both. So according to my experience if you want to grow yourself then you have to join the private sector because I have seen many government employees they become lazy and unhealthy due to their working way and after retirement they always ill and depend on the medicines only.

I am not saying for all the people, some of them are very active, fit and fine but out of 100% only 20% people are caring for them rest all are not. When I worked with the government sector I too became very lazy because in this sector employees do not achieve any target on a daily basis they have more time for the work even they have no pressure for any work.

Thus all become lazy. But on another hand in the private sector, everyone has their target on a daily basis even sometimes for an hourly basis and they are always active and do hard work to achieve their target. In this way, they learn hard work which is very necessary for our life and in private sector seniors give training time to time to their employee for their development.

Now I am working in the private sector and believe my friends I had grown myself more and more. Now I am able to do many works and there are many sources of income also. I am not depending on anyone for anything.

So according to my suggestion, everyone should work with the private sector because now there are very less jobs in the government sector and slowly the government is giving its work to the private sector and I think after some years every work will be done by the private sector only.

Now we can say that it’s time to work with the private sector because in this sector only we can grow our knowledge, skills, income and many more things. As we know now there are very few government jobs are available and there is more competition for it even after clearing the entrance exam we should wait for many years for joining because there are many candidates those are already cleared the entrance exam and are in the queue before us.
