As we know that the kidneys are two bean-shaped organs in the renal system. They help the body pass waste as urine. They also help filter blood before sending it back to the heart. They help other many things too.
But the main function is to remove the waste in form of urine. Every internal part of our body is a type of machinery and as we know that they need oiling, greasing, and rest too. Drinking too much water may cause severe problems.
But if we drink more water or excess water so kidneys have to work extra means there is more burden on them. So whenever you feel thirsty then only drink water. Instead of drinking too much water, you can eat water-rich fruit or food so it will not harm your kidney as well as its function.

As we know that kidneys and urinary system are connected with each other so if there will be more pressure on the kidneys then it will be a direct effect on our urinary system. We know that when our kidney throws out the waste then it collects in the bladder and we have to go to the toilet.
But there is a proper function body that we remove waste from our body in form of liquid through urine and sweating. And for adults, our body removes 1.5 litres of urine per day as a waste and if this quantity is less or excess then we can face urinary problems. So drink necessary glass of water. 3. May Disturb Our Sleeping
There is a proper timetable to drink the water that is, we should drink the maximum amount of water in the morning and fewer amounts in evening. But after 8 pm we should not drink water because when we drink water so there process in body that it starts cleaning and out the waste in the form of urine. And if we drink water after 8 pm then we will have to get up for the washroom which will disturb our sleep and it will be a big problem for us. So drinking water at the wrong time can disturb our sleeping.
4. Reduce Fat From Body
As we know that water helps our body in the cleaning process. And it removes toxins from the body. But it also helps us to reduce unwanted fat from body and it’s proved that when we drink water it full our stomach and we eat less amount of food.
More water means more urine and it will remove waste first but after body fat will remove. This formula is best for those who want to reduce fat but some people have less amount of fat in their body so this habit of drinking more water can cause problems for them. So drink water according to body need.
5. Affect our energy level
As we know that when we drink more water then we have to go to the washroom again and again. So this is a type of exercise for our body and reduces fat also. But when we do any activity so our body spends energy on it and use of the washroom, again and again, affect our energy level because we have our daily work for these we need energy. Intake of more water can waste our energy by going washroom frequently. So avoid too much intake of water.
