When we ask a person to be healthy and to look after themselves the usual reply we get is that they are really busy, their schedule is really hectic. So I just found the ideal diet plan which will not disturb your busy schedule and will add years to your life.

>- Firstly start your morning with a detox juice and for this I recommend the juice of very special vegetable. When this vegetable enters your body it starts to suck in all the toxins like a sponge and when it exits from your body it carries with it all the accumulated toxins and garbage sitting inside, it is the best thing that you can drink for weight loss and clearing up your skin.
- It is light green from outside and white from inside, it is called ash gourd in English and SAFED PETHA in Hindi. Simply cut it peel off the outer layer and seeds and juice it. Drink one glass of this juice without adding and salt or lemon. If you want you can mix it with 50% of coconut water. In case it is not available drink 1 glass of coconut water and if even it is not available drink the juice of any vegetable.
- Then till about the next two hours eat nothing because the ash gourd juice is doing its work in your body and you do not want to interrupt the cleaning by eating something.
- At about 10 am it is time for your breakfast. For breakfast you can have a Big bowl of fresh seasonal fruits, it can be any fruit you like, preferably water rich fruits, so avoid bananas apart from bananas you can have any combination of fruit that you like. You can even grate some coconut over your fruits if you want.
- Then comes time for lunch at about 1 pm, this is when you can have your grain meal, chapatti AND Vegetables. This chapatti that I am suggesting is a slightly different chapatti. It is made up of 50% wheat and 50% vegetable. So in this way even if you are having 2 chapattis you are consuming the wheat the grain of only one chapatti but that doesn’t mean you double your number of chapatti. If you are having 1 chapatti, have two bowls of vegetable and have two bowls of vegetable with one bowl of brown rice. The idea is to eat more and more of vegetables and less less of grains. When you eat only grains it becomes very difficult for your body to digest it. But by mixing grains with vegetables it makes it easier to digest and eliminate from your body. - You might need a mid-meal between your lunch and Dinner, you can have juice of fresh vegetable or coconut water or coconut slices.
- If you are habitual of drinking tea or coffee at this time, drink herbal tea but not packets of green tea which you get from factories, make fresh herbal tea at your home
- Then for dinner have salad or soup. Salad will be raw take any fresh seasonal vegetables and toss them together. If you wish you can have a soup with your salad make sure it has no dairy no oil no grains, you will feel so light after eating this. And when you see your weight dropping on weighing machine every morning, your readings in control without medicine then there is no going back. The idea is to eat grains only once a day. And rest of the day eat 1 fruit meal and 1 vegetable meal. Your digestion will work wonderfully.

This Diet plan is for people who want to lose weight or reverse a health problem, it is also for people who are already-fit and want to maintain their weight but it is not recommended for children and athletes
