Easy and tasty 9 minutes recipes
I experimented with many dishes. And maximum dishes made up healthy and tasty with less time-consuming. Now I am going to tell you the instant dishes all time.
Desserts
Pastry:
- Take 6 pieces of bread and cut them in a triangular shape, now coat every slice with your favourite fruit jam, I use mixed fruit jam as it’s my favourite but you can use any of your favourite fruit jam.
- Coat every slice with whipped cream, shred some chocolate pieces, and use the topic of nuts, cherry, or tooti-frooti.
- Keep it aside for 5 minutes and it will be ready to eat,
- If you want to refrigerate it for later use then you can store it inside the refrigerator.
- Now instant pastry is ready to eat with very little time.
Cake:
you can use the above recipe to make cake also, but the other easy method is:
- Take 6 pieces of bread. Now keep it aside, take a bowl take one fourth cup butter or oil, mix half a cup of sugar to it, add two spoons of honey to make more soft and spongy.
- But honey is optional, you can skip it.
- Now add one cup of milk to it then mix all things properly, now mix the bread slices to this mixture.
- Grind all the things to make a fine paste and if you look like the paste is too thick then you can add some more milk to it.
- Mix some nuts or tooti-frooti to it.
- Now coat the tin base with oil then place the butter paper and keep it for bake.
- Your soft and spongy cake will be ready to eat in a very short time. Maximum cakes take the same time to bake, but you can check the cake between the times with the help of a toothpick.
- If it does not stick to the toothpick then it’s ready and if it sticks then it needs some more time to bake. (I baked it on the gas stove for 47 minutes)
Sweets:
- Cut the bread slices in your favourite shape and fry these all.
- Make the sugar syrup, add some cardamoms to it, now dip bread made in different shapes,
- Leave it to absorb the syrup, and enjoy a tasty sweet.

Fruit chaat:
- Take different types of fruit, cut them all into small pieces.
- Add some chaat masala and sauce to it.
- Mix all these properly and you can enjoy fruit chaat. Remember one thing if you are on a diet then don’t use banana, grapes, mango, and mud apple (chikoo).
- You can use guava, melons, pineapple, papaya, apple, and citrus fruits.
Channa (any grams) chaat:
- take one small bowl of Channa, (any grams)
- The same quantity of puffed rice,
- cut one onion, one tomato, two green chillies, add one spoon of sauce
- Some chaat masala as per taste, mix all things properly and enjoy the channa chaat.
- You can also add peanuts and cucumber, carrot to it.
Sweet corn chaat:
- Boil the sweet corn kernels with two whistles in the cooker.
- Now drain the water and keep the corn kernels in a bowl.
- Add one carrot, half onion, half cucumber, one green chilli, one teaspoon butter, add salt as per taste mix all and corn chaat is ready.
Some Other Easy and tasty instant recipes in a few minutes:
Vegetable omelette:
- Take 3 eggs.
- Break these into a bowl,
- Cut one carrot, one small capsicum, some pieces of cabbage, half onion, half tomato, some leaves of green coriander, two green chillies, and salt as per taste.
- Mix these all and fry into a frying pan for 5 minutes and the veg-omelette will be ready.
Mix vegetable paratha:
- Grate or cut your favourite vegetable into very small and fine pieces.
- Like I used to cut methi, palak, and other leafy veggies into small pieces
- Then mix salt and chilli as per taste, make fine dough with wheat flour, and then make with ghee or oil in Tawa. (You can take other flour-like Raggi, etc.)
- I used to grate bottle gourd, beetroot, and carrot and make the fine dough by using salt and chilli, and then make with ghee and oil in Tawa.
- You can combine the leafy veggies with grated bottle gourd, beetroot, and carrot, and make the mix vegetable paratha as its taste best rather than other stuffed parathas.
Important tips to make your daily dishes healthier:
- Use whole grain bread to make any recipe using bread.
- Cook a dish of dal or grain in low flame, as it will not lose its nutrients.
- Use multigrain flour for all paratha and chapattis.
- Use leafy veggies more with every meal.
- Vegetables are more beneficial in comparison to grains.
- Always leave all dough for ten minutes for better results and taste.
- Eat water-rich meals more to maintain body weight.
- We can use the peels of many veggies for other use like; I use to wash my hair with the waste of leafy veggies by making its paste and my hair becomes shiny and smooth.
- Never through peels of oranges, watermelon, cucumber, and lemon.
- Use the unbroken spices more than the powdered spices.
