Impact of both formats
Every format has its own importance but as we all know that video content is more impact on our minds in comparison to written content. How its effect more I will explain you by an example like when we go to watch any movie then we know that every character is not really only they are playing a role to entertain the audience but then too in that particular time we believe that everything and every character are real and that particular time it may be one hour, three hours or more we are not able to think about other things or even our mind and body stop at one place and we live in a fantasy world.
If anyone uses to watch useless video content daily so they are wasting valuable time. But if used to seeing the valuable and good video related to getting success in life so it will be beneficial. Friend video has a deep impact on our mind so please watch useful videos only. The second thing is about written content has less effective but the effects are maximum positive.
Like when we read any storybook then time our mind starts visualizing the picture related to the content and it becomes active thus it works better. The videos we use to make for anything it’s from the written content. Everyone has to write first about the video then only he can make the perfect and best video. Which one is best for school going?
As I informed you that both formats are best in their places but when it’s about the school going children then I always prefer to written content because as I told you that useless video content stops our thinking and we are not able to create new things and school-going are in their growing age so they have the ability to create more new things but if their mind will work properly.
Written content has improved the ability to think more and better for their future for example the textbooks or subjective books of school-going in their school. So please don’t allow your school going children to spend time with video content instead of it gives them the story or motivation books with some pictures so they will learn as well as entertain themselves.

Both the content is best and useful but it does depend on the topic they watch or read.
