Maximum people do fasting like they eat fruits or drink juices and the maximum dietician suggests that to be in liquid for the whole day is a type of fasting. But the main purpose of fasting is, give rest to the body which works continuously.
Do you know that we all eat food in advance and ready ourselves to do work? Thus, it means our body never stops working. Now just imagine is there any kind of machinery that never shuts off. Approximately all the machines shut off for recharge and to give the best result in the future, machinery needs rest and oiling for some time. Same as our body is just like a machine and it needs complete rest regularly to be healthy.
The right way of fasting on a daily basis is:
- To keep you far from any kind of eatables it may be solid or liquid approximately for 16 hours.
- Yes, friends these 16 hours gap will boost your immunity on a daily basis. I will give you my example of 16 hours fasting daily, I eat my last meal at 8 pm at night and then I take my next meal at 12 noon the next day.

- You can also take the juice of ash gourd (Safed petha) otherwise you will feel weakness in the body. In this gap, my body finishes its all work, takes rest, and heals itself naturally.
